Man Steps On Treadmill — The Second “Uptown Funk” Starts, He Breaks Into Epic Dance

This time of year, many people head to the gym in an effort to keep up with their New Year’s resolutions.

But while you might think of treadmills as a great way to burn calories, others view the exercise equipment as a place to show off some sweet moves. Take Carson Dean, for instance. The actor, dancer, and choreographer surely spends a lot of time on the treadmill working out, but the video below is something else entirely.

Carson starts the video off with a swagger-filled stroll onto the treadmill. If you didn’t know any better, you’d think he was just a gym member who was really into his music.

But Carson quickly takes it up a notch. Or rather several notches.

For those of us who can barely manage walking on a treadmill, let alone running without fear of face-planting, Carson’s moves are insane. He goes from jumping to running backwards and even flipping at points.

Carson actually called the routine a “cardio workout,” and if you’re coordinated enough to try it, we salute you!
